Nice for 1 night with early flight.

Small room but clean. Food was fresh and reasonable

It suited our needs

I visited the UK for 7 days arriving at and leaving from Birmingham Airport during which I hired a car. The car rental is 2 minutes walk from the terminal and from the hotel. On my return I stayed from 11pm until 5 am with a complimentary breakfast served from 4.30 onwards - I walked to the terminal in 2 minutes and checked in for my 8 am return flight. Very easy, very smooth - no complaints!

Ideal location for airport. We had 3 rooms and the blinds didn't work in any of them. I tried to open mine and the metal piece across the top fell on my face. Could do with plug near a mirror. Apart from those few issues, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast.

It’s decent for the money. Proximity to airport good and bar area nice. No hairdryer and small rooms with little space. Booked a room for 3 and 3rd bed not made up

For goodness' sake, do I need to complete a review every time I check into a hotel? And every time I buy a can of drink? And every time I make a business phone call?? We're being asked to spend more time doing reviews than doing the actual business of our lives - and do you REALLY need to be praised every 5 minutes for simply doing what you're paid to do, namely checking people in? And does anyone pay attention to these reviews? Not likely!

I'm not sure that anyone even stays here for more than one night but for that it's perfect. The rooms are clean, modern and functional and the hotel is a very short walk from the airport. We had to ask a member of staff for help to get the tv working. She came immediately, sorted it and was very pleasant. No complaints.
