The location was convenient for us and had few shopping and food places nearby.

Rooms not cleaned, found dwad cockroach, socks from previous tenants. All 13 days same bedding, only towels changed and bed redone. Towels didnt sesm fresh too. Microwave is not important, but didnt work safe. Kettle to boil water didnt exist and we were told to microwave, but no cups to microwave water. Poor, but could be better, looks like management doesnt care and staff operates whatever. Also no security 2 nights other people acted loud and strmarted fights. Sink could not get water to right temperature.

I like the fact that it was a good location to my job site and there was some good restaurants near by

Just the fact that there were a few prostitutes around the hotel they kept to themselves so it wasn't that bad but I would not take my daughters there.

The location was perfect for us. The Stater Brothers and other amenities in the shopping center across the street plus the mini fridge and microwave in each room helped us reel in costs.

Not much — the hotel was very decently priced. I had to extend our stay at the last minute twice, and staff were very helpful and accommodating.
