Ocean Plaza Resort

Excellent location and the unit was very spacious with good amenities and spectacular views.

The unit was a little tired and needed a fresh paint and attention in the bathrooms but otherwise very good overall.

I liked the location which gave good views even during daily heavy rain. I also liked the undercover access to the shopping centre complex.

Parking ramps are quite narrow and there are a lot of them to reach the secure carpark, which I liked. There were pools of water that had to be driven through that smelled strongly of sewage. Booking.com is a real pain to use and they bombard me with emails and texts. I will not use them again.

The location was great with good views of the Ocean and beach

the unit we stayed in (L16 A79) had mould at the bottom of the shower door, we didnt use it because of the mould, but used the 2nd bathroom instead

Not clean Furniture outdated/uncomfortable Parking Washing machine did not work/pail of stale water under utility sink Toilet did not flush properly

Location . Wow the elevator come out into the mall. Buses around the cnr. Heaps of shopping . So relaxing and plenty of hotels and cafes/ restaurants

Found it hard to open some of the kitchen cupboards. Could have done with a few garbage bags .
