Quality Inn SeaTac Airport-Seattle

Room was clean, however the mattress was very uncomfortable in Room 318. The springs were collapsed closest to the window and did not get a very good night of sleep. I told the woman at the front desk as we were leaving and she hardly seemed concerned. The man who checked us in was great.

Hotel desperately needs to be updated. The floor squeaks on every step taken. Breakfast options were minimal at best. Staff was courteous.

Your typical value stay at an airport. Nothing special. Nothing terrible. Staff was friendly. Walkable to light rail and restaurants. I got dinner at the Denny's down the street.

the place in general feels worn out. It smelled a little like cigar. The AC and fridge were very noise at night. I could hear someone snoring on the room next to me because of the thin walls. Pillows are small and square instead of regular size.

I can’t complain about the cleanliness or customer service, but the building itself is old and in not that great of condition. It wouldn’t have bothered me if not for the fact I was hardly able to sleep due to the noise. The door to the room was not well sealed and the hallway floor is vinyl, so the sound of people talking, luggage carts rolling, and what I can only assume was laundry bins being pushed by night workers echoed like crazy. The worst part though was that when the guest in the room above walked around it sounded like a herd of elephants directly above my head. Pros: the price was right, there was free onsite parking, and no other big issues.

I showed up and they didn't have my reservation, even though i had gotten multiple emails earlier in the day. The front desk was clueless and kept having me step aside so they could help others instead of fixing the problem. I finally left and went to a different hotel that got me checked in within minutes even without a reservation.

Close to the airport. Shuttle service was quick. Pleasant staff. Room wasn't so great and bed was very uncomfortable..big hole where people sleep and could feel the spring in the mattress. Shower water was super hot...couldn't adjust it cooler.

Clean, safe and affordable.
