I regularlystay at this hotel when I have an early morning departure.

The room I was given was the last room at the end of the hall on the lowest floor… This was right next to a heating or air conditioning system that was ongoing throughout the night. Way too loud!!

Smelly quests. Smoking something stinky 🤬🤬🤬 on the lower floor. Filling he hallway to the Laundry Room with FOWL(✝️☠️❌ℹ️☪️) odors.

The staff member at the desk was so sweet! She really tried to help.

The bottom floor of this hotel, which is 1/3 of the hotel, absolutely reeks of mold, just nauseatingly. The window was force locked at a couple inches, so I couldn't air the smell out. (The other floors seemed alright.) I got the feeling the basement has flooded and is permanently moldy. Also, the site said the queen room slept 3 people, so I expected a pullout or similar. This was not there, so I asked for at least extra blankets to sleep on the floor, which the desk said they were out of. Between the mold, the lack of a third place to sleep, and lack of blankets, I ended up leaving the hotel to stay somewhere else.
