"Super Convenient/Comfortable"

We have always stayed here when in town to visit family since it a convenient location. The staff is always very pleasant and eager to assist guests. The breakfast is great and complete: there is something for everyone. The hotel is undergoing renovations; however, upon booking our 7-night stay I never received any type of communication concerning the renovations. The pool/hot tub area was closed and the beds/linens were in poor shape. I think rooms that need updating should not be used until such renovations and improvements are made. We are not ones who complain over every little thing so we didn't say anything. Hopefully renovations will be completed in a timely manner and then this hotel will ROCK.

"Would have been worth it if the pool was open."

The breakfast was good with a decent variety to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and location was perfect.

The pool was closed for renovations which we were not made aware of when booking. The room could have been cleaner and needed some updating.

"Exceptional"

The staff was hands down the most friendly hotel staff I have ever experienced. The management was great and made it a point to greet guests and check on everything. Anytime I’m in the Pittsburgh area I will be staying here.

"Comfortable, clean room at a good location"

We had a nice stay for a quick overnight visit. The staff was professional and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. There was a good breakfast buffet included. The location was central to our needs. We have always had a good experience at this location.
