"This is a very nice property with very comfortable rooms."

The room was great. We had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast, so can't rate it.

We booked here because it offered a free shuttle service to the airport. That was inaccurate. It was only free during part of the day, not 24 hours. We had to order a taxi in the morning at a cost of $40. I asked for a wake up call and to have a taxi ordered for us. The person on duty said they would take care of it, but he didn't. We didn't get the call or the taxi. Fortunately, someone else was going at the same time and let us share the ride. Not a great situation if you have to rely on luck to get to the airport on time.

Breakfast was very limited and not much of a choice for a gluten free person. There was no gluten free bread on any day. They only did scrambled eggs and not other types such as poached, omelette. They had no beans in sauce. The room did not have a tea kettle which has always been in every hotel I have been to. It was cleaned alternate days. The water was only complimentary for two days.
