Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Delphos

I think the Microtel is a wonderful option for smaller Ohio communities. Many only have older motel style facilities that attract drug activity. My stay was short but it met my needs. Breakfast - not enough protein. Coffee excellent, fruit fresh.

I want to say this in a helpful way. The staff is prepared, polite, knowledgable, helpful and responsive. They know their job. That said, Bridget, needs a mentor to help with physical appearance - needs clean clothes, hair washed, and regular hygiene. This deficit is significant but she does not need to be fired. She knows and does her job. If her appearance and hygiene would improve she would be a top employee. We had several conversations and she is a good person. I also wondered about other staff in hooded sweatshirts and pants I would not wear in public. But, again, everyone knows and does their job. Better than many higher end facilities.

First thing the room was dirty the bathroom had cracked pieces between the tiles that I had steeped on and cut my foot and slipped and fell and hurt myself . Also the hotel put me across the elevator and the maids cleaning room and was so noisy and even said something to them .also no fridge and completely old school outdated dirty weird colored room . And no view and could not see my vehicle . having to leave at 245 am Had no no sleep and was very upset and should be refunded . waste of money in my book .

Great Continental Breakfast.

Very clean facility and room at a great price. The pillows were some of the best I’ve ever slept on! I wish I knew exactly what they were so I could get them for home!

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, debris on the floor and stains in the toilet, but not too bad. Everything else was very clean. Close to a couple of towns so it was convenient for us. I would stay here again!

Good location near the highway and a gas station, so easy for a road trip pit stop. Good wifi, rooms were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast is nothing special, but is about what you would expect.

Only minor thing is that the rooms didn't have a fridge, so wasn't able to refreeze ice packs for my cooler.

In expensive and close to the events that were attended.

Walls very thin and could hear the other rooms. Was next to a room with a group of load individuals. They did not stay up late which was good. The carpets were significantly stained in the room, and need cleaned.
