I stay here every year. close to big event I work New Years Eve. This year. There was a funny smell in the room. There was a personal tooth brush and tooth paste still in the drawer at checkin from someone else. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. All the elevators stop working right before checkout. The breakfast wasn't that great. Very Disappointing. Staff was friendly. Mr. NuPrince Vance

"Hwy construction & skinny driveway a challenge"

Nice staff. Things a little worn, but clean. Nice total room size about 400sf, but a lot taken up by shower room & kitchen, so the sleeping area was barely enough for 4 of us, with son on floor with air mattress. Good breakfast! Biggest challenge right now is access due to tiny driveway and highway construction. Not their fault.

All good except our door to the room didn't properly lock or stay locked. We were able to (unfortunately) turn the handle and walk into room 407 multiple times. We informed staff when we left. Be careful if this is your assigned room. Everything appeared to be untouched in our room and belongings but was not too comforting.
