It wasn't your typical hotel. Was privately owned and you could tell they took care of everything. Would definitely stay here again

This was in a beautiful spot with a great view. Nice breakfast, lovely spot. The only problem was the bed. It was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've ever been in. it was like sleeping on the floor. I guess if you like a super-firm mattress you'll be fine. Other than that it was a great place!

Room was great and the view was fantastic Bathroom is in need of a renovation- very run down. Also too far out of town - parking is very limited in Bar Harbor so would book in town next visit.
