Spędziliśmy w hotelu bardzo przyjemny czas. Duży plus za świetne jedzenie – różnorodne i smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, niezależnie od preferencji. Szczególne brawa należą się przemiłej obsłudze w kantynie oraz zespołowi technicznemu – pomocni, uprzejmi, zawsze uśmiechnięci. Na uwagę zasługuje również lokalizacja hotelu – bardzo blisko morza, co znacznie ułatwia codzienne wypady na plażę. Animacje i atrakcje są dobrze zorganizowane – dzieci mają sporo frajdy, ale i dorośli nie będą się nudzić.

Jedyny minus to obsługa recepcji, która mogłaby być bardziej reprezentatywna i profesjonalna. Zgłoszenie problemu z niedziałającą klimatyzacją i próba zmiany pokoju okazały się niestety dość trudne i czasochłonne. Warto byłoby popracować nad podejściem do gościa w sytuacjach wymagających elastyczności i empatii. Mimo to ogólne wrażenie jest pozytywne i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten hotel osobom szukającym wypoczynku blisko plaży, z dobrym jedzeniem i bogatym programem animacyjnym.
