Buena ubicación, personal amabe

La ubicacion esta muy bien esta 2 cuadras del Malecon y de negocios,no necesitas carro para moverte esta muy cerca todoslos lugares

En al habitacion me hubiera gustado que hubiera sido una cama adicional pero fue sofa cama,

La ubicación excelente, justo en el centro de Veracruz, fácil de acceder caminando a cualquier lugar, con una gran opción de restaurantes y comercio en los alrededores. A pesar de estar en el centro, en la habitación no había ruido exesivo, el personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones limpias, camas c´modas, en general una estancia agradable.

Fue complicado dar con el acceso al estacionamiento, la calle por la que nos mandaba el GPS está cerrada a la circulación y la puerta por donde se ingresa (que al parecer antes era la salida) no tiene señalamiento, como el hotel está sobre una calle peatonal, tuvimos que estacionar en otro lado e ir a preguntar a recepción porque no dábamos con el estacionamiento. Porr lo demás, estuvo bien, aunque también puede mejorar el mantenimiento general de las instalaciones, y el almuerzo buffet en el restaurante no es malo, pero creo que también podría mejorar.

Se miraba como un lugar muy bonito para una estancia maravillosa.

Que el cuarto tenía cucarachas, hasta en las camas.

The location is the only thing worth about this hotel. The staff at the parking area are really nice.

Everything is old, showers are uncomfortable, doors don’t work, bed is uncomfortable. It’s very basic and expensive. We extended our stay because all else was sold but I’d never stay here again.

It's in the center of many activities.

People are celebrating until 4am.

We stayed at the Gran Hotel Diligencias, right on the Plaza de la Constitución, almost always referred to as the Zócalo. The view from our room was fantastic with a panoramic view of the lively square and the busy malacon in the background. The restaurant, under a portal facing the Zócalo and its vibrance, is fantastic, as is their efficient and accommodating staff. When the clients outnumbered the seating, they just rolled out more tables and chairs. The cleaning staff left our floors spotless the bed was comfortable.

Our room, a Master Suite, room 518, was a dump. Yes, we asked to be moved to another room, but it is not surprising that during the week between Christmas and New Years they could not accommodate us. The state of the bathtub/shower and furnishings show that no one has invested in that room for four or five decades. When the drawers of the bedroom cabinet fell off their rails onto the floor and we struggled to safely enter the ridiculous spa tub with moldy grody jets to take a shower, it earned the nickname Gran Fantastic Dump. We poured bleach into the jets, took the drawers out of their cabinet and spent our time touring Veracruz or dining in the wonderful restaurants below, where the evening music, dancing, and strolling made the trip memorable. Much as we had enjoyed the music, we had hoped that it might stop or moderate by 1 AM, but it continued until 4 AM with musicians playing to an empty plaza. The triple-paned windows are no match for today’s amplifiers. Bring your sound cancellation ear plugs, especially if you will be there on a weekend. We departed a day early. Communication with management was poor even before our arrival, when I asked about the shuttle that appears on the website. They responded to my on the day of our arrival that it was not available. I also believe they have an obligation to inform guests of the extent of sound they can expect during their stay.
