"Not relaxing stay"

The jungle views are very nice Gia is the best always kind and made me feel very welcome.

There was not hot water, they came to fix it twice without success so it was a lot of time wasted for 1 night and I could not relax very well

Very nice luxury resort with amazing private villa's on an upscale resort

The resort was great and the staff very friendly. Some rooms are in need of some TLC and could benefit from redecoration, low level maintenance improvements

The staff were excellent, prompt, lovely and a joy. They helped us with a lot of things during our stay. Our villa was at the bottom of quite a few set of stairs, but the staff took care of our bags. Our private pool was beautiful and just really nice! Breakfast was tasty and was a definitely enough food. Our villa was tranquil and the nighttime lighting allowed us to use the pool at night as well. I loved this hotel and would definitely come back!

Our villa was at the bottom of some steps, so it was a very minor inconvenience during our stay. Our villa is also 2 levels, with outdoor stairs. I was a bit confused about the layout of the villa. The hotel is in a slightly harder to reach spot by foot with limited lighting. so you will need to take a taxi!
