Timberlake Motel

Nice, friendly, clean place to have a stay over. Online reservations made easily. Price was phenomenal. Didn't get a chance for the pool, maybe next time.

Reasonably priced plus had a great breakfast.

We stopped here and were immediately pleased by the kind welcome from Jimmy, the night manager. He pointed out some local spots of interest which we had time to enjoy. After some exploring some of this lovely Blue Ridge area, the clean & cool pool was the perfect way to cap off an evening. Quiet orderly room with comfortable beds & fine breakfast had us refreshed. Will certainly return. Good motel!

The motel is very clean, comfortable, the staff and owners are fantastic The pool is fabulous, salt water pool, the best Excellent breakfast, free with stay I stayed here last year, it was great, even better now!!!!!

This is a family run motel that strives to provide all the comforts of home. In particular the beds were amazing, the AC kept the room very cool, the breakfast was delicious, and the entire motel was spotless and clean. I personally saw housekeeping cleaning the floors and sanitizing the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area again.

This place was amazing for the price and it's age. I've stayed in approximate 400 hotels in my career mostly IHG's. The room was very clean (no funky carpet), beds comfortable, my teenaged boys enjoyed the crystal clear salt water pool, and the breakfast filled them up. Great job Timberlake Motel! If we come back to Lynchburg for another baseball tournament I will stay there. Thank you.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Let us check in early. Gave us each a bottle of water and printed labels welcoming us with our names, put on bottle. PLUS our granddaughters birthday and they even did one for her. Room was large but needed upgraded appliances. No coffee in room was disappointing. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK but would have liked choice of juice and maybe bagels or sweet roll but was OK, coffee was great. Very quiet, good location away from hustle of town. All in all it was good.

Great place and a great price. A great old school motel that is very clean and the employees their treat everyone with upmost respect. Super nice pool area. This will be our go to every time we have to travel to Lynchburg. We travel a lot, and we stay in a lot of chain motels, this was a little bit of a refresher.

Was a great stay. We will stay here on our next visits to Lynchburg.

The staff is exceptional. The beds are soft and comfortable. This is a great little hotel. No big fru fru hotel. Just perfect for overnight stay. The only suggestion I have is better lighting in room.
