Timberlake Motel

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything they needed. They came for a family graduation, and the staff put their personal touches scattered throughout the stay. My family checked in with Vivian. She was so helpful in getting them settled in. The room was very clean, along with the breakfast area. Everything met their expectations

Cleanliness

I would like to give thanks this morning to TJ who is a great cook by the way he welcomed me with hot fresh scrambled eggs and a smile. This hotel has the kindest staff and the cleanliness is top notch. The rates here are very reasonable and I love the staff for all that they do for me. They always find a way to put a smile on my face, thanks guys yal are the greatest!!!

Simple rooms. Comfy beds. Ok breakfast.

Great small town family business feel!

Great low key, no frills property. We were looking for clean and safe and quiet. Great little motel. Pluses included firm beds, clean, fridge and microwave, very nice staff who keep the motel nicely maintained. The breakfast was minimal, basic hotel high carb fixings. I would have loved a hard boiled egg and alittle friut, but for the price, i can't complain. The little dining nook was kept tidy and clean and there was Hot Coffee, which was what I really wanted. All in all a nice little hotel and high kudos staff running things.

Loved the updates to make the motel modern such as plank flooring and comfy mattress, bedding, and pillows! The hot complimentary breakfast was a treat. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We had a quiet, comfortable stay and enjoyed the convenient location to downtown and Liberty University. All-in-all a great value and was overall satisfied.

My husband and I stayed at the Timberlake Motel to attend my college graduation at Liberty University. We were pleased with the proximity to LU and the ease of checking in and checking out. We were given chilled bottles of water and a small graduation gift of snacks/treats upon check in. A quote by Max Lucado accompanied the gift, "God never said that the journey would be easy, but He did say that the arrival would be worthwhile." Checking out, we were each given a chilled bottle of water again and wished a safe journey home. The staff were courteous, and the room was clean, welcoming a good night's sleep. It was a whirlwind trip, but we would stay at the Timberlake Motel again when visiting Lynchburg, Virginia.

Motel was clean and quiet and front office staff very friendly. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return if in that area. A great value. There was two areas, small but needed improvement, there was no closet and the rack for hanging our clothes need repair, it was coming off the wall. Also, could U.S.A. a make up mirror in the bathroom, the kind that just attaches to wall and you could pull out. Overall we rated 5/5!!!

The customer service was incredibly kind and friendly. The room was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed, but they do well for an aged facility. It was a good solution for a very busy graduation event. Very easy to find, minutes from Liberty U and easy to access.
