Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel

Zentrale Lage. Hier kann man es auch ein paar Tage länger aushalten typisch amerikanisches Frühstück. Für uns ausreichend. Es gab guten Kaffee. Frisches Obst, Waffeln zum selber machen, Rührei und Sausage. Die Anlage sieht gemütlich und einladend aus.

Ein kleines Manko war für uns nicht das Zimmer an sich , aber die Lage des Zimmers. Wir haben extra mit Poolblick gebucht. Den hatten wir quasi theoretisch. Allerdings wenn man die Türe aufgemacht hat stand man erstmal auf dem allgemeinen Flur und vor dem Zimmer war eine Sitzecke die von allen genutzt werden konnte. Dann kam so was wie eine Ballustrade die mit Pflanzen zugewachsen war. Und dadurch konnte man dann ein bisschen den Pool sehen. Grundsätzlich nicht schlimm - aber dann sollte man nicht POOLBLICK anbieten. Viel störender war das Licht über der Sitzecke welches gefühlt die ganze Nacht an war.

The location was great. The breakfast was good. The room was adequate and clean. Pool was nice and heated. Good happy hour bar near the pool.

This is my honest experience. I didn't like that we were placed at the furthest building on the third floor and the nearest elevator did not work, so we had to walk further to another elevator to be able to get to our room and to our vehicle, but that was understandable. But I really was unpleased with the lack of parking spaces (which may not be the case), but more in particular in the afternoon. I stayed there the weekend and notice many folks that were going to the next door clubs parking at the Hotel and not respecting the parking permit. There was an instance on Saturday around 9pm that I did not have a parking spot and went in to staff to inquire what can I do especially since I had seen folks parking there and going to the clubs. The staff said that I should park across the street at a parking structure. I was not happy with that and asked them if they can verify if folks parking there can be towed away. They brought their manager to talk to me and the manager only suggested that I park across the street on a parking lot instead of the parking structure if I want to walk less to come back to the Hotel and that parking was free and should be safe. Also that they were sure that everyone parking there was staying at the Hotel. I had to park across the street and as the night went by I intentionally dedicated myself to survey the parking lot and noticed many folks leaving and coming from the clubs and bars nearby. I am not happy that this Hotel makes paying customers have to go park elsewhere and allows other party folks to park in the Hotel parking lot, if this is the case then why provide a parking permit or signs that folks that park there will be towed away if they will not check or follow through with it. The Hotel was good but I did want to provide my personal experience which unfortunately took away from my weekend get away with my wife. That is why I would not come back to this Hotel. Thanks and at least you are aware of this prior to booking.

They have 90 rooms and 80 parking spots. We were stuck having to park across the street on a public parking lot.

I love this Best Western in Palm Springs. The hotel is clean, the service is great and the location is awesome. I have Neuropathy because of my diabetes and it is really hard to walk. I like the fact that they are in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. The service from all the employees are all so friendly, from the front desk, towel service, food server, and the pool bartender everybody was really friendly. I cannot wait to return again soon.
