Probably the worst hotel experience we've had in the past 20-30 years, will never stay here again. Don't ever let them put you in the room next to the laundry room... people use the laundry room 24/7 - guests would hang out in their at 11pm-2am in the morning, talking, laughing, drinking while doing laundry, and then others would show up at 4 or 5am to start doing their laundry - so there's no way to sleep, you are constantly woken up or kept awake. Two staff members were very rude and condescending. On top of that, we learned after standing/waiting for 15 minutes that the front desk check-in staff is the bartender in the bar (and don't really know how to make any drinks). Overpriced, bad service, noisy rooms impossible to sleep in. Just a horrible stay, and they didn't care at all.
