Fifth stay in this hotel but...

My room wasn't cleaned thoroughly—the bathroom was full of hair, and there was no water in the new room. The day before checkout, I asked if it would be okay to issue an invoice because I wanted to leave early at 5 a.m. It turned out the invoice had incorrect information, even though I'd been there five times. Anything can happen, but the lack of even one thing is a constant struggle for me, especially when I'm at the front desk. The feeling that I'm being held accountable, for some unknown reason, is driving me to look for other options in the future.

Breakfast

We stayed in a Suite on the 6th floor. The sound insulation was poor — we could hear noise from the road and the elevator. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. The room lacked a coffee machine. The interior of the room is somewhat outdated.
