The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved the colonial style and the ambiance. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. The breakfast waiter gave an excellent service, very different from our waiter the evening before. The breakfast waiter was very attentive and is a credit to the hotel. We really had a fabulous stay here and we will return.

The only fault was the service in the restaurant. We decided to dine there for our evening meal but the waiter was disorganized and unfortunately we had to ask for our drinks several times. The quality of the entree was also slightly disappointing. Apart from this everything else was wonderful.

"A wonderful place!"

Great location and very beautiful. We loved the garden! The staff was very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The beds were comfortable and it was a perfect cool temperature in the rooms. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!

"Lovely central hotel"

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, good WiFi and lovely courtyard gardens.

We chose a nicer room at the front without realising this faces Granada's party street. Great if you want to stay up very late to the sound of loud music, however we had to move to the back of the hotel into an older, but quiet room.

the location is good. Jeffrey Gonzalez is extremely helpful in everything. He helped us to book the tour, recommend restaurants, and things to do in Granada.

The soundproofing of the room is not good

Location & view. Our room was right over the Calzada and the view from the balcony framed Volcán Mumbacho with the Cathedral & Parque Central on the right and the lake on the left.

Not much. It was very loud on the Calzada at night, but we expected that and brought earplugs.
