Club Hotel Marina Beach

Groot hotel met overwegend Italiaanse gasten. De eetzalen zijn heel erg rumoerig, je kan best een vaste tafel vragen op het buitenterras. Het eten op zich is zeker ok! Alleen ontbreekt er een keuze aan warme groenten. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel, wel veel muggen... Nadeel: de animatie was niet echt inspirerend en ENKEL in het Italiaans. Het zwembad is erg groot. Al bij al een goed verblijf gehad.

Esperienza bellissima, come sempre. Posto favoloso, animazione non invadente e carina. Camere molto spaziose e pulite. Pranzo e cena buonissimi, unica pecca colazione un po' semplice da integrare qualcosa tipo pancakes, frutta secca crepes ed inoltre per i celiaci sarebbe carino preparare dolci sia per colazione, pranzo e cena. Attualmente l offerta si limita ad un sorbetto per pranzo e cena e cibi

The hotel grounds were nicely maintained, a lot of flowers and pleasant lawns. We had a very nice view from our room. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Almost everyone was able to speak English. The pool was quite big. Many different activities like volley and yoga. Food was ok, but we got tired from the same dishes everyday and cappuccino from the coffee machine wouldn't be acceptable for any Italian:). Cleaning in the room was great and room itself was in good condition!

Difference between check-in (10:00) and check-out (16:00) is too big in my opinion. Breakfast ends too early and we had to wait every time until a waiter finds a table for us. Beach is closed after 20:30, although you can enter the beach from the main road outside the hotel. Guards at the beach and pool were too strict. Path to the city and closest grocery shop takes around 30 minutes. For the reference we paid 240 eur/night per room. And here is the list of things that we had to pay extra for: tennis rackets, beach towels, wheel-train to the city. And also we had to pay for DRINKING WATER. I have never encountered this in hotels intended for beach holidays. They even put a sign not to fill bottles during breakfast.

L'organizzazione è stata perfetta, buon servizio, buona location, servizio e pulizia impeccabile. I camerieri erano gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta. Ottimo Resort.

Lo staff della reception non è affatto elastico con le richieste,ho fatto due richieste che non hanno voluto accogliere assolutamente,la prima ho chiesto la cortesia di cambiare la mia prenotazione da mezza pensione a pensione completa( ovviamente pagando la differenza ) mi è stato detto di no perché non riuscivano a cambiare la formula di pernottamento,però se volevo anche il pranzo potevano farlo per 45 euro a persona ( per pagare 45 euro a persona non avevano problemi per fare il cambio ) pessimo La seconda per motivi personali ho dovuto saltare una cena ( pagata ) ho chiesto di recuperarlo con il pranzo e mi è stato negato ( però se volevo un pranzo per 2 persone 90 euro potevo farlo )

Terrible stay marked by poor facilities, horrible breakfast, and slow and careless service—all at a rather expensive price. The room was fine but the resort facilities generic and uninspiring PACKED with people. We got the feeling that the staff didn’t care about the place/giving good service. Access to the beach is there, but be aware that only the sun beds at the back are available to guests without an extra fee. The hotel makes sure to provide noice pollution in the form of extremely loud—and poor—music with an Italian speaker interrupting the beat. The breakfast buffet is a joke filled with rotten fruit and minimal selection. This hotel does not live up to its price at all.
