"Excellent"

The lobbies and the restaurants are nice. The fitness center, lockers rooms, and pool needed renovations. The first room checked in on the 12th floo, AC not cooling below 25°C, overhead shower won't turn on, and water leaking out from the shower door. Moved to the other room on the same floor at 3AM, but smelled cigarette smoke. Eventually moved to the 16th floor, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great facilities, fantastic comfort, spotless clean, no smoke smelling rooms, good breakfast (even the non-chinesse options were limited), good AC.

A bit far from downtown, still it is a easy walk to the subway station.

Hotel vicino alla stazione metro facile da raggiungere, super pulito, cambio asciugamani ed accappatoio tutti i giorni, letto comodo, colazione da mille e una notte, cortesia, palestra e piscina al 27 piano con una vista pazzesca, sauna negli spogliatoi , spa, extra check out e deposito bagagli, fantastico!! Buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Az egyik szobánkban a hűtést egyáltalán nem lehetett szabályozni. Az utcai zaj még a 25. emeletre is felhalladszott.

It' a great hotel, perfect location close to the Subway line 10, very spacious rooms, the breakfast buffet you-have-never-seen-before, great service, the frendliest staff ever. The furniture might have seemed old to some people (based on the reviews), but was quite ok for me. We had an executive lounge access which was a full gourmet dinner with a great selection of beverages.
