"Very disappointed 😞 was spose to be a special time with the family"

They did give us a refund

Showers were dirty bathroom had mold and shower scum the plates were dirty there were ants everywhere the rangehood fan was clogged with oil so when I turned it on it smelt like a deep fryer the bbq was filthy for a resort it was very disappointing and we asked to change rooms which they did but the other room was just as bad and when I told the staff that they said " maybe you should find somewhere else to stay we don't think this place is for you " which we did but they did give us a complete refund

Very beautiful and central location. Staff were very communicative and instructions for check-in were very easy to follow. Rooms are very large and feel very homely. The cough is so comfortable, I just wanted to lounge on it all day and night. Beautiful greenery and landscape walk through the outside courtyard and pool. Very clean and just an amazing stay overall!
