Crown Hotel Brackley

Good location

Cleanliness of the room was awful. Stains on bed, hair in bathroom. Stains on seats. Full of drunks shouting downstairs. For £60 I don’t expect much, but I never even stayed here. I left hotel after seeing state of the room.

I thought that you were going to give me discount to live in your hotel while going to work. I have opened up to a member of your staff about how I want to spend my time in your hotel and I requested for a discount but he said that the only one to talk to in that respect is the manager. The manager would be there tomorrow and I have gone back to London. I will be back in your area on Monday; hopefully you'll be opened to give discount.

nothing .booked here because it had parking and restaurant. but to get to parking you to go though a supermarket car park and only 3 spaces for the hotel . the hotel had a big sign out side advertising that it did food all the tables had menus on and the bar had a special board on it but when we aske to book a table for a meal we where told the kitchen was closed Not impressed will not be going back any time soon

Very comfortable beds, nice fluffy towels, and plenty of tea/coffee. Very spacious room

Room 33 has a ridiculously bright illuminated emergency exit sign which means darkness (as required for sleep!) is impossible to achieve One tap dripping continuously added to the general annoyance
