The attentiveness of the staff at this hotel is some of the best I've ever experienced. I was sick for most of my stay in Oia but happy to be in a place that was so comfortable, private and served such delicious (and free) breakfast. Two things a potential first-time visitor should be aware of before booking: 1) Taxis are expensive on Santorini, and so consider that you may be spending more than you're saving by staying in a slightly out-of-the-way place like this. 2) There are roosters on the property that woke us up a couple times. I do not think this should prevent anyone from staying at En Plo, but it is good to be aware of before you arrive (pack some extra money and earplugs). Regardless, I am glad we stayed at En Plo and would recommend it to friends who want to visit Santorini.

We stayed at the En-Plo in early June 2014. We did not expect it to be that far from the ferry terminal near Thira and had a bit of a hard time finding the public bus that comes here (it was low season still). The hotel offered a 45 euros pick up service from the terminal. I would recommend renting a car upon arrival which you would return at the end of stay at the terminal when you leave. You will need the car the go around the island's sights anyways. We arrived at En Plo and found a very relaxing place. Tidy pool, outdoor bar, nice staff. Sergios was very helpful. He gave us a bigger room than we had booked, it had a mezzanine and could have accomodated a family of 5. The room was clean and the kitchen (in the room) contained pretty much everything you would need to spend long periods here. The bathroom could be improved as they are is only a tiny curtain circular around the shower and the water ended up everywhere. Apart from that, very nice hotel for the price. It is quite close to a vineyard with excellent Vinsanto and almost right by the sea. We tried their BBQ one evening. It was good and plentyful. In fact, we ate only half of it. It was only about 7-8 minutes drive from Oia, but be warned, you will need to be independent as far as transportation goes.

We LOVED this place and cannot recommend it highly enough! Firstly, you are in a great location on Santorini - on a quiet road just across the street from the beach, but also just 2 km from the beautiful Oia - so you get the best of both worlds. Then, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and very romantic - decorated with traditional Greek furniture and style. You are welcomed with wine and fruit in the room. The breakfast was all homemade and the best we had on our entire trip to Greece - homemade cakes, special Santorini omelettes with fresh local ingredients, fresh fruit and more. The best part is however the family - Sergios and his parents are such wonderful people, so friendly and full of warmth and hospitality. They make this boutique hotel the very special place it is! Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer...but we will be back!

What can I say, this place is perfect. The hospitality of the small family make this the most relaxing and genuine place I have ever stayed. If you want to experience a bit more tradition and less commercial, you will not go wrong with En Plo. Situated in a calmer, quieter part of the island, I recommend a car.

We stayed their for our honeymoon. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. It was a family run business and they gave us personal care. Sergio, the manager, was always able to give us recommendations and was always helpful. We would go on to our patio and be able to see the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. I would recommend renting a car because buses don't run too often in Santoroni and it is a little walk to the main town area. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and if we come back we will be staying there again.

I definitely recommend staying at the En Plo Boutique Suites. The owner and operator of the hotel takes pride in providing the best possible accomodations and services. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding. The family that owns the hotel has lived on Santorini their whole lives, so they know the island activities intimately and are a great source of information. My room was spacious and emmaculate. I suggest renting a car for the stay. The hotel is a little off the beaten path. It's exactly what I wanted though, so it was perfect for me. I can not say enough great things about the En Plo.

We stayed at Enplo for 2 nights. It is very close to Oia within walking distance -about 45 minutes. The owners were very nice and helpful. The breakfasts were very healthy and incredibly delicious. We were there in early June. The swimming pool was very refreshing and the walk across the street to the beach was very easy. We even walked to the winery up the road. The rooms are lovely! It made our stay in Greece.
