"No Housekeeping and Terrible Internet"

We stayed three nights. They started us with 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and never came to replenish those or give us more toilet paper. The internet was useless so we upgraded but it was still terrible! On the first morning a breaker got kicked in our room so most of the outlets were not working. It took 10 hours and reporting it 5 times to get it fixed. Also there was a huge bug crawling on our curtain (bigger than a silver dollar.). I would not recommend!

"Comfortable Stay, Good Location"

Hotel is the typical Double Tree vide as one can expect. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable but the furniture needs updating. Location was great for attending the Texas Rangers game only 10 minutes away. The restaurant closes early, I had to get food to go to my room at 9:30pm.

Had a great time during my time at Double Tree. The service was amazing and the rooms were clean. Best Majestic Transportation was wonderful. Cory was a gracious driver. He helped us more than anything!!

"Great hotel with comfortable beds."

The pool and the rooms with the balcony to the pool. Beds were very comfortable.

The ac didn’t work the best. There was also mold on the ceiling of the shower with what looked like water damage.
