Location was vary close and easy to get to our destination. Check in online was nice also being able to select room.

Bar staff was very slow and not very helpfull. Should have been more prepared for a big football weekend.

I was in town for a kpop concert June 6th and 7th. The room was a bit dirty and the floor was super sticky for some reason, but the bar hostess was a strong highlight of my few days there. I wish I could remember her name… We were watching the UT Austin Softball championship, and there was a strange situation with another guest, and the hostess looked out for me and helped me feel safe and comforted in the situation, especially since I was a solo traveler. She was working the restaurant/bar the evening of June 6th 2025, and I specifically wrote this review for her wonderful and protective actions she took. If any of the staff at the hotel read this, please extend my gratitude to her. I think she was also working breakfast the next morning, but I had to leave early. Anyway, she was the best. I hope she can get recognized in the future for her hard work.

We had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish during our trip for the Cowboys game! Best Majestic Transportation made the entire day effortless. The shuttle arrived right on time, the vehicle was spotless, and our driver was professional, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly. Getting to and from the stadium was a breeze — no traffic stress, no parking headaches, just easy, comfortable travel. Truly the BEST way to get to a Cowboys game! Our hotel stay was just as fantastic. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was pristine and spacious, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax before and after the game. The location was super convenient too, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, the combination of Best Majestic Transportation and our hotel stay made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend both for anyone planning a game day or weekendtaway!

Front desk greeting was great, the room was great, and Cory with Best Majestic Transportation made getting to the game and back stress free and easy. Definitely recommend the hotel and highly recommend Cory to get you to the game and back!

They tried to make my bill higher than it was.
