Vår uteplats var i skuggan , ingömd i grönska. Inte trevlig att sitta på. Luktade illa i flera delar av anläggningen.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Kävelynatkan päässä monista paikoista. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja riittävä. Huone tilava ja siisti toki ajan hammas näkyy. WiFi:n toiminta hotellialuella/huoneessa oli heikko. Allasalue oli iso eikä ruuhkaa sattunut kohdallemme. Voisimme jopa tulla uudestaan käymään täällä, jos tänne suuntaan uutta matkaa.

I give this 3 stars with a heavy heart. The location is incredible, once you exit the hotel at the back onto the beach. First impression is terrible as you are dropped off in a very run down car park which looks like a concrete jungle. Rooms are huge with comfy beds and a huge bath tub. However they’re very dated and in dire need to some upgrades. The shower is awful, it’s smells a bit damp and the overall appearance of the hotel is run down and shabby. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Our curtain rail broke purely by opening the curtains. Room key and safe key is the old fashion physical key which only a minor inconvenience but if you lose the safe key they charge you £75 so constantly carrying it round and being conscious of this was just a bit irritating. Staff a bit unprofessional, ie stand around smoking and playing on their phones constantly in very public view, again not a huge problem but doesn’t give a great impression. Overall I would stay again but it really does need Some TLC

Perfektes Resort zum Relaxen direkt am Khlong Dao Beach. Genügend Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist nicht so toll. Frühstück ist aber gut und ausreichend. Tolle Pools und Poolbars. Nicht Überlaufen (zumindest in der Nebensaison Nov.)

Ok hotel, pool værelser ligger bagerst i resortet så lidt langt fra stranden.

Very nice swimming pool and it right next to the beach. The room is very big. I came during the low season, in August. However, the beach are full with trash everywhere. Very disappointed that the hotel on this beach doesn’t care about it. They should clean the trash everyday. Monsoons that I stay at a nice hotel but the beach view covers by trash.

We recently planned a 3 day stay at cha da and worked with felix on arrangements. On our arrival we enjoyed a warm welcome by the hostess. Our rooms were amazing! Breakfast was also very well done. We enjoyed our time at chada so much we decided to stay an additional 3 days. The staff are so polite and looked after us very well. I cannot recommend chada enough. Huge thank you to felix and his team. When I am back I will definitely stay here again!

We chose this hotel for its swim up rooms and location. Unfortunately, it doesn't have much else going for it. The hotel grounds and our gold access swim up room are beautiful. The pools are great, and we have enjoyed staying here overall, however.... There was no welcome at all when we arrived, no smiles or warmth at all. The staff here are not friendly or helpful, which is unusual for Thailand. The food is terrible. The bacon at breakfast tastes like it has been refried. I'm dirty oil. We had a club sandwich, which was overpriced and had gone off mayonnaise in it. The chips taste and look like they have been refried in dirty oil. They have the same singer/keyboard player every night for dinner and they are so out of tune/off key it's embarrassing and painful to listen to so we have been leaving the hotel at every opportunity. There is an overpriced sad looking buffet each night that looks disgusting, and you can easily get much nicer food for half the price nearby. If you're sold on the swim up rooms, then book here as they are great. Otherwise, don't bother!

The hotel really need an renovation and somebody taken care of maintenance. Everything is falling apart, umbrellas by the pool, tiles by the pool (which they just put back without clue...), curtains in the room is from the early 90s and can only make the room 60% dark, Breakfast is below average for example no fresh juice and the overall smell around the breakfast area is very bad. It is even at the level, one baby feel thru the safety rack from the first level down in the pool, lucky she survived without any damage. Until renovation is happening, would not recommend to stay here, suggest to pick one of many other bungalow hotels around Koh Lanta with 3 stars and 100% better maintained.
