"Horrible stay"

My worse Hotels.com experince so far. Very surprised that it's even on the website. I will start with the only good thing: location. Had to wait 2 weeks and make 3 calls and 2 mails to get an invitation which I had to pay on the top of that. In one week they didnt clean my room even one day. I asked the receptionists (one different every day) for towels and toilet papers. They played surprised that the room wasnt clean. The room smelled toilet and the evacuation of the shower didnt work well. Took 20mn for the water to disapear. The bed was hard and noisy. The rooms have paperwalls in between which is very pleasant when you have a family with a baby close to your room.

Администратор не подтвердил возможность проживания 2 ночи. Пришлось снять другой Отель. При этом деньги за проживание сняли. Хамоватые сотрудницы не помогли решить вопрос. Пусть оплаченная сумма останется на совести этой сети апартаментов.

"Nice staff"

Staffs are nice and willing to help. However the room and bath are old. No room cleaning in my two nights' stay.

"Hyvä paikka Nevski Prospektilla. "

Hotelli ei ole 3 tähden hotelli, ehkä 2 tai 1 1/2. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu 5 päivän aikana. Huonetta ei siivottu. Aamiainen oli niukka: suklaalla täytetty croissant ja tee tai kahvi. Tosin jääkaappi omia eväitä varten. ALakerrassa hyvä ranskalainen konditoria. josta sai pikku nälkään syötävää. Huone oli hieman kylmä ja kostea. Hinta oli todella alhainen, joten hinta-laatusuhde oli paikallaan. Sijainti oli hotellin paras valtti.Tosin se oli paikallaan busseja käytettäessä. Metrolta Vasstania Plossadilta tai Moskovan asemalta ki Prooli n. 15 min kävelymatka.

Все отлично, за такую цену просто супер, очень чисто и в отеле и в номере, белоснежное белье, тепло, вода горячая (не теплая). единственный минус среди плюсов - слышимость, стенки тонкие, так что берите беруши.
