a gentelman whose name was Senor Javier Menpoza,offered a upgrade to my room.Also he gave me a discount towards my dinner at the Drake Restaurant.For all the times i have stayed at the Radisson 2000 Colon,this gentelman has been the most generous. I would defintely consider staying for the next Business trip. Thanks for the hospitality.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the Columbian bar tender and the front desk staff. However, the hotel needs a complete overhaul. The patio outside the bedroom had not been cleaned in many years

Hotel is conveniently located to port. While the outside has been updated, the rooms have not. Our bathtub had a hole in it, shower head was only 4 1/2 feet in the air, water leaked everywhere from the tub. The sink area was not clean and had stains from cleaner being sprayed on it. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property needs a renovation to make it more modernized. There was a damp feeling in the room and the hall way. The bathroom and all the furniture was old needs to be upgraded. There was some kind of weird smell in the room and hallway.

Very average hotel near the port, but Colon is not a nice place. It's dirty and falling down. This is no longer a Radisson but a Choice hotel, as per the receptionist. The lobby and bar area are dark and dingy. Room service food was below adequate. Note - if you are getting on a ship don't stay in Colon the night before. Drive up from Panama City etc.
