Piscine trop petite

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et à nos besoins. Tout était parfait, de la propreté au confort de l’établissement. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le minibar offert, une attention rare et très appréciable dans les hôtels. Merci à toute l’équipe pour sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. 😊

La ubicación, instalaciones y la habitación

Que cerro muy pronto el bar por la noche, que el spa era con reserva y siempre la ultima hora estaba llena.

La ubicación era perfecta. El desayuno bueno.

La comida no era lo que esperaba cogimos media pensión y estaba regular. El bidé del baño el frigo estaba roto. Viajamos con mascota y el balcón no estaba muy protegido entre habitaciones se podía colar entre balcones ya que mi mascota es de raza pequeña.

The staff were great. On arrival there was a problem with our booking - totally our fault, nothing to do with the hotel at all. The Manager, and he gave permission for me to use his name, GABRIEL, went above and beyond to sort it out smoothly, quickly and fully. He didn't have to, it was our mistake. We had resigned ourselves to our error and were getting on with having an arrival beer. He then appeared at the bar to let us know he fixed it - we didn't even know he was doing it, or even that he could. He remained a delight the whole trip. Thank you Gabriel.
