"Clean but can’t fathom a hotel in this day and age not having hot water"

Clean, quiet, not a bad location

We had no hot water in the AM. Let it run for over 15 min, then my wife took a cool shower and by the end of my shower it was almost lukewarm.

Everything. The location was great, lots of stores nearby (could easily grab last minute supplies). Breakfast was good (enough variety for our 2 night stay). Breakfast staff were very friendly. Front desk staff even gave my son a teddy bear which was really sweet. The facility was clean. I appreciated that the pull out sofa bed was open and made for us which was really thoughtful (perfect for my toddler) - that gave us 3 beds really to use during our stay. There was 24 hour complimentary water in the check-in area which was a nice little touch given the Florida heat. Finally, I had to use the washroom in the lobby and noticed that there were sanitary pads in there which is very considerate for the ladies. Overall great experience.

Nothing. Met our needs for our short stay.
