Hier ist man in einem Hotel mit einem großen ❤️. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich sehr, um den Gästen etwas Gutes zu tun. Es zeigt sich an vielen Kleinigkeiten, die ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt habe. So kann man ein passendes Kopfkissen wählen, den Bademantel in passender Größen erhalten und - für frierende Frauen - gibt es Wärmflaschen zum Ausleihen. Auch wurde an die Autofahrer im Winter gedacht - es stehen nämlich Eiskratzer oder spezielles Winterwischwasser zum Auffüllen bereit. Die Zimmer sind wirklich groß und die Betten gemütlich. Auch das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Hier ist der Service ebenfalls auf "Zack" (es wird schnell und unkompliziert nach gefüllt😀). Parkplätze gibt es in großer Anzahl, man findet immer einen freien Platz. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zur Therme und in in die Stadtmitte.

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Bad Birnbach im Best Western…"

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Größe und Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Auch das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Bademäntel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist super, die Therme ist fußläufig in ca. 5-7 min zu erreichen. Alternativ kann man auch den Shuttle nehmen. Haustiere sind willkommen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Nur wünschenswert wäre ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück.
