Je souhaite exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant l’accueil qui m’a été réservé lors de mon séjour à l’hôtel. À mon arrivée à la réception, j’ai été particulièrement choquée par le comportement de certaines agentes d’accueil. Leur attitude m’a semblé irrespectueuse envers les clients, notamment à travers des grimaces et des regards déplacés qui m’ont mise très mal à l’aise. Je trouve regrettable qu’un établissement situé dans une destination aussi réputée qu’Ourika offre un niveau de service et de professionnalisme aussi décevant. Un accueil courtois et respectueux devrait être une priorité pour tout hôtel.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y super cómodas. Todo muy limpio. Las instalaciones muy buenas. El comedor, muy accesible para cualquiera, El personal super amable. Me sentí muy cómoda en general Volveré, seguro.

No tea or milk in room. Balcony dirty, old socks and cigarettes. Tap water in bottles. Bath plug broken. For 122 euros that was nasty.
