Very disappointing experience. One of the staff members had an extremely poor attitude and their English proficiency was very limited, making communication unnecessarily difficult. If you do not speak Spanish at a near-native level, I would strongly advise against staying here. What was even more shocking was that during the interaction, this staff member slammed their own office computer in an apparent attempt to intimidate guests. I found this behavior highly unprofessional and unacceptable. It made me feel very uncomfortable and completely ruined the stay. I would not recommend this hotel

Chose it for location in train station and it was super handy. Surprisingly quiet. Clean and no frills kind of vibe. Nice big bed which was comfy.
