The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Helped to solve every moment. So only positive emotions. Tasty food in the main restaurant, very quick and comfortable room service.

There are some small issues that are not so important but being constantly are a little bit annoying. 1. The water pressure in the highest floor. It was necessary to wait about 5-10-15 minutes to get hot water. So if you’re in a hurry it’s better to ask for room somewhere in the middle of the building)) 2. Wi-fi isn’t very stable. Sometimes in the middle of the working meeting or browsing social media I realized that I was doing it using my home SIM card with the roaming. So it was always necessary to go to settings and reconnect. 3. Gym. Not so many people use it during their travels but I’m a fan. So I was little bit disappointed with the stuff. Quite old, dirty, scratched and ripped benches, not so many equipment. And always very hot inside even when you’re asking the personal to make it colder (and no ability to regulate it inside by yourself). Anyway you can always find to do some exercises but the variety is quite poor

The location is excellent, very close to main places such as shoppping centre and sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They greet you with delicous treats which was very lovely and made us feel welcomed at arrival.

Nothing as everything was great.
