Excellent facilities, location, cleanliness, good mattresses and comfort

When I made the reservation through Booking.com, they charged me a rate of $166 for one night, and yesterday when I arrived at the hotel, the standard rate was $109 for the same room. They told me they couldn't do anything because the reservation was made through Booking.com. This means I paid more just for using Booking.com. It's outrageous!

"Very dirty and disappointing for the price."

The beds were comfortable and coffee was good.

Our room had a cockroach in the bathroom as soon as we entered. I went to the front desk and the lady was super nice about it and gave us a new room. We didn’t see any bugs in the second room but it was really dirty. There were hairs all over the bathroom and in the shower. There was also just dirt all over the floors and the tables hadn’t been wiped down. I’ve stayed in a lot nicer places for the same price so it was very disappointing for the money spent. I wouldn’t stay here again.
