It was really great! The staff was the best we have ever had from the moment we walked in until we left everyone was so kind.

Sheets was on backwards and hair was on the sheets the elevator doesn’t works

Arrived and was checked in. The elevator was malfunctioning and after reading other reviews this has been a on going issue for over 6 months. We got to our room that stated it slept 5 but was only 2 queen beds. I asked for a roll away bed was told there was not any even though they were listed on the amenities. They moved us to a bigger room. When we got to the room the whole floor smelled of marijuana and mold. Got into the room opened the fold out couch and the mattress was all stained. And the tile floor was sticky. No sheets, blanket, or pillows for pull out. Went back to the front as they were not answering the phone.. Was given 3 sheets a blanket and 5 pillow cases and told they did not have any pillows. The sheets were also stained. The “blanket” on the actual bed was just another sheet with a print on it. The next day I asked for towels and wash cloths as there were only 2 in the room and there were 5 of us. I was given 3 towels and 5 hand towels and told that’s all they had when I said I needed washcloths he told me they did not have any. Breakfast was advertised as 6am-9am but there was nothing down there at 7 am everything was out and they weren’t putting anything out. We were in Town for a tournament and I’m glad I never have to stay here again. Bc I would sleep in my car before staying there again.

The front desk service was good. The hotel needs updates and a good cleaning.

Television needed repair, air conditioner would only work if Dan was left on continuously, elevator was not working, a/c was not working in lobby or area where breakfast was being served. There was an old mattress lying in the grass on the other side of the parking area. I think this is sufficient to say we will not return

The staff were super helpful and accommodating! I did not have enough change for the washer and dryer and the hotel reception gave me one of their own since they also did not have change. The breakfast was pretty subpar with only meat and bread unless you wanted cereal. They did have coffee available 24/7 along with hot water for tea. Parking was a breeze as I was on the first floor and the room they gave me was closest to the side exit to accommodate my dogs potty breaks. The gym was also a let down as I do believe the a/c was broken and it was about the size of a bathroom. Overall this stat earns a 3.75/5. I got what I paid for, received a lot of assistance from staff and was slightly let down by amenities.

Clean and neat. Quiet.

Dead bugs in floor, spider on the ceiling, damaged drywall on wall above shower/tub, damage on ceiling above shower/tub, evidence of mold, lobby was scorching hot, staff were not friendly, breakfast was terrible (hard muffins, small yogurt, DIY waffles). Sheets were clean, towels/wash rags were clean, a/c in room worked well, quiet/safe area, area around building was well maintained and pleasant.

The bed was hard, towels wasn't clean,breakfast not good. Coffee bad. The elevator keep stopping, This is a Safety concern.
