Comfort Inn & Suites Lumberton Central I-95

We always stay here when visiting family. Hot breakfast is always good. Room is spacey and bed is comfortable.

Not too much not to like. Like I said, we stay here every time.

My wife and I stayed here one night on our way to Florida. The hotel is very convenient off I-95. Staff were great, very friendly and knowledgeable of restaurants nearby. Room floor could have been more clean, otherwise room was nice. Breakfast was similar to other hotel chains, although area seemed much smaller. We did not use the pool so can not comment on that. Overall, we would stay here again.

There's 2 hotels with the same name but one is North and the other I-95...we booked the I-95....we thought we booked the other one. Unfortunately everything was at least 6 mins away. The pool is green, the workout room is close. There's an old smell in the hallways. Ice machine on the third floor doesn't work. The phone in the room is broken, the room is pretty tired...holes in the lamps, holes in the curtain, sink had a crack in it. If I could've cancel and get a refund I would have. Thank goodness there was no bug beds and the sheets were white and clean. Breakfast was a hot one and good but I will never be back.

Dirty walls looked like feces smeared on wall next to bed. Also a foul order in room. Mattress on one bed was very worn and lumpy. The smell was like old musty mop water.

The pool was not available

I made reservations and even paid for a night that I knew I would not be there but wanted the convenient of going to my room when I arrived. I get there and was told I didn't have reservations and I would have to wait until 3:00 check-in which was my purpose of purchasing the room so I would avoid this. Had to go back and forth to sister hotel so I could get the proper help. The hotel manager had to be called at home so I could get the help I needed. I was put in a room i didn't want and had to wait until after 3 to switch to a clean better room. Didn't go so well, but I made the best of it. Was there in NC for a funeral.
