Nice, QUIET room even though it was near the elevators. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean bathroom with strong shower, ample shower products, and hair dryer. Towels could be newer - softer, fluffier - but they were very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location with lots of free, easy parking.

Julie at the front desk for check in was wonderful. She was super nice and very helpful.

Missed breakfast, hours 6-9 a.m. 9 a.m. too short. 9:30 or 10 a.m. makes better sense.

Room clean

Elevator were down! Then next day my check out time was at 11 and the housekeeper was knocking on doors by 9 am and my room wasn’t her exception. The housekeeper knocked on my room door at 9:20 then stayed right next to my door at the hallway talking thru her cell phone and didn’t stop talking and disturbing us in the room. I would not stay there again

"Will not stay here again"

Only saving grace to this visit was Danielle who tried to get me another room but due to booking, couldn’t. Julie on my 3rd night in, was able to relocate my room. Thank you to both Danielle and Julie for your help.

I was pretty disappointed in this location. I selected a king suite for my stay and was met with the smell of mold in the room, no hot water, and upon asking to be in a quiet space, I was stuck next to the pool area. The slamming of the door that went to the pool was non-stop. Pool hours were supposed to be from sun up to sun down but not enforced. People were in the pool up to 11:30pm. One of the desk staff told me he could provide me with complimentary ear plugs. What a joke.
