Location

It was very dirty and the mattresses were stained with what look like old blood stains and when brought to the staff's attention was told that they were trying to get new mattresses but the hotel was broke and could not afford new mattresses.

It was very clean, and the staff were very nice and friendly

On the first night, our toilet was plugged up, and I had to go to the front desk and get a plunger. The next day, our room was not cleaned and we had to go to the front desk and get towels .The second day our room was not cleaned again and back to the front desk to get towels again. The third night, back to the front desk again to get a box of tissue. Our trash cans in the room were full. The fridge froze our food solid. We will not use this hotel again, or recommend it to anyone. We will be going back to Conway again in a month (we will not use this hotel ). I could not even check out and get an invoice (I was told that I would get a email copy(which didn’t happen). This is the first time I have written a bad review, we are not hard to please
