"Overcharged for having 2 dogs. $120 for the rom and $113 for the dogs. This is crazy."

I paid $120 for the room for 2 people. I then was charged $113 for two small dogs. This is ridiculous. This is out of proportion to reality. I am going to go to Facebook and point this out. No hotel has ever charged me that much for two dogs one night. You are making too much profit from this. It does take any extra effort to clean our room after have our two dogs in it for one night. They never mess up the room. You are over reacting on this matter. I would like to be refunded $50 for the overcharge for dog cleaning.

"I am forever deterred from Hampton inns"

The breakfast was wonderful, Rosa is absolutely wonderful and a joy to talk to starting our day.

2 people begged us for money in the parking lot, coming right up to our vehicle while Loading and unloading our car. Our room smelled of cigarettes Our couch was visibility filthy and worn The shower was cold with very little pressure Our rooms keys stopped working I used to live in Hampton inns for work as my preferred hotel, and This was a major disappointment and frankly had me feeling unsafe.
