Excellent staff at the front desk, room was spacious and clean. Love the location close to nature walks, restaurants and easy access to the TCH

"Noisy, uncomfortable and not one I will ever repeat at this chain."

There were several hockey teams staying at the hotel that caused disruption with noise, altercations with other guests and even police presence and fire alarms early in the morning. The front desk was unable to resolve the issue or put us in a quieter room. There should have been a part of the hotel set aside for non hockey players. The make it right guarantee obviously did not apply.
