"Nice hotel, nothing special, illogical check in process."

It was ok.

They had to charge my card on arrival for a FULL second charge for the room and then refunded later. Not cool. If its already paid for why would you put an additional $300 hold on my card? Its definetly a deterrent for repeat business.
