Best Western Sea World - Lackland AFB NW Hotel & Suites

The location and it was clean.

The hot tub needed to be cleaned.

Broken things in room. Towards end of stay we needed to be moved due to leaking toilet. Next room had broken closet door. Another person in our group checked in to room and found room with multiple stains everywhere questioning if room was even cleaned. They also had to be moved.

Hubo un hombre en front desk no muy agradable de trato y el desayuno se repitió el mismo menú los 2 dias de nuestra estancia solo huevo y carne.

I didn’t like that I forgot my phone charger after I left. I called and spoke to a desk clerk that evening, and she found it and said that she would hold it as I told her I would pick it up the next day. When I went in the new desk, clerk said she couldn’t find it anywhere. No apologies. No effort to call the other clerk, just one of my name and phone number said that if she found it that I would have to pay to have it shipped to Houston.
