Lovely hotel, allows pets for a fee, great breakfast variety, room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and had a view of the mountains. Convenient location from interstate. Plenty of parking available. If in the area we would stay at this location again.

I prepaid for the room on Expedia. I had the receipt and everything. When I got to the hotel, the woman checking us in said there was a problem with the virtual card through the third party. There were a lot of people in line behind me and she kept saying it was declined even though I had prepaid and had a confirmation number. It was embarrassing. She was saying I needed to call Expedia to figure it out. Finally she said she would charge me $25 dollars as a “deposit” and give me the room but that she would have to call me later to resolve the issue. She called later to tell me it was her fault.

"Outstanding place to stay close to the interstate and restaurants."

I would rate this as one of the best places I have stayed in in North America. Our room was large, with comfortable seating area and good kitchenette. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast was outstanding and no evidence of single use plastic. Brilliant. We enjoyed the swimming pool area.

I really would struggle to find fault with this hotel.
