Great environment to stay peacefully

Second time in India, first time in a Taj. Fantastic stay, great hotel management, will definitely consider Taj in my future trips to India! Shout out to Mishra and Shivlal, I was struggling to reserve bus tickets as a foreigner, they went out their way to help me.

Initially I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the property. The lobby, passages, rooms and restaurant were all a bit visibly dated. However the staff is where the hotel becomes worth staying!! Special mention to Dhaneesh at front office, and Totan and Arun of housekeeping!

Excellent staff service from reception Restaurant and Laundry service . In particular I was impressed by the performance of the restaurant manager Mr Selvakumar a polite gentleman with excellent service attention to detail and initiative . He was very well informed of local foods and customs . An asset to your hotel . All your staff were of good standing and well trained . I come from Australia and I can not receive this standard of courtesy and manners in my country .

Comfortable rooms. Good staff at the restaurant such as Selvakumar who goes out of his way to assist. Goood location for shopping. Give Taj Club House a go.
