close to the airport, friendly staff

we booked this hotel very last minute because of flights cancellations so we had to stay at houston and get out early in the morning. we checked in at night time and the room given to us was very spacious but it was very humid. The aircon was on but everything in the room was just "wet" the floors sticky, the blankets were so wet that you would feel cold at night because the aircon was on and the blankets sheets were wet covering your body. Some towels were not clean too

"The room was hot and gross and there was mold."

The room was hot, there was mold by the AC. The ground was wet. The bed was wet and just overall not what I would expect of a Best Western. It was more motel 6 or lower quality which was quite disappointing.
