"Totally fine for an airport stay"

Fairly easy to get to from airport tho shuttle was a bit delayed and chaotic. Very friendly staff

Gym has no mats, 1 deflated ball, no wipes to clean equipment., ac didn’t work. Clearly no one ever checks on it or takes care of it

De ligging en de prijs

Luchthavenshuttle kwam niet opdagen bij aankomst en vertrek. WC was verstopt in de kamer. Na mijn klacht hierover was de oplossing; kom beneden maar een ontstopper halen. Ik kreeg geen andere kamer

"Worst Best Western ever!"

This hotel is way below Best Western Brand standards. My 5th time staying there and they get no more chances to improve. The service gets worse with each stay ever since new owner management about 8 months ago. Don't trust them to honor their so-called pre-arranged night before scheduling a "free" shuttle to the airport. This staff will sleep all night and in the early morning hours and won't come to the front desk unless you bang on the bell and call out for service. They won't follow thru on making requested wake-up calls either. I truly believe they are getting a kickback or are the owners/partners with the taxi service they recently started advertising on the "free shuttle" signage. So they can force you to call a taxi instead of them arranging a shuttle ride. I only stayed at that BW near the Houston (IAH) airport "because of" the "free" shuttle to the airport. No more! Also, you shouldn't have to remind them that they are supposed to gift you bottled water for being a member. I've been a member of the Best Western frequent stay program for over 38 years, and this is by far the worst BW hotel they've allowed to put their brand name on. I will not choose to stay here again when I have Houston layovers; which is usually every other month. Beware! You've been warned. Don't stay here if you expect the normal Best Western high standards and customer service.
