Everyone on their staff is excellent except Sarah. Her Lack of professionalism and smug attitude drops a 5 star service team, down to 3 stars. I am a Bonvoy Rewards member, and when i call for a "late check out", it's no problem with anyone except her. I'm old school, when i call the staff for something, don't tell me what you can't do, tell me what you can do for me. Because of the quality of the room, and service from everyone but Sarah, we stay at the hotel almost every weekend. So a good front desk worker, like the older black gentleman recognizes us and goes out of his way to make sure everything is right when we check in...Sarah telling me house keeping told her no on giving late checkouts to guests means nothing to me. She could have given me 15 mins, and i would have been satisfied. Your customers who stay with you are just as important or more important then housekeeping.............tell them no next time and not your rewards members. When we left housekeeping was all the way at the end of the hall and no where close to cleaning our room which makes me question if they really told her that or did she make it up because she has something against us. Although it's 2025, a black man with a white lady is still an issue with some people. If you treat me different for whatever reason, you will always hear it from me, and especially in the hospitality industry. I really enjoyed the facilities, and I liked the way the rooms are set up, to where you have to turn into the room to see the beds, so there’s a little privacy if someone’s at the door.
