The lady who works Friday evenings horrible customer service. Disrespectful, purposely creates unnecessary/issues. And the pool area rule needs to change about children in the area of the pool, during 9pm-11pm babies should be able to not an issue, especially when a baby is not being distributed.

"No early check-in. Not even a half an hour . Staff was rude.b"

Tulalip resort management was rude 1051751603 Lisa or linda or whatever the manager is, she's rude and asserted her power abusively. She controls the check-in too a tee. First they offer early check-in for 75$ then when I agreed To it , all of a sudden she says no rooms are avail or ready. Yet I just watched you check-in the prior two couples. With room keys..... Selective, discriminate, power tripping , power hungry.

Tulalip is the best Casino in the Northwest with great customer service and experience. The rooms were clean and relaxing. Excellent service throughout the entire stay.

"Skimpy Burgers"

Great atmosphere, very clean, lots of normal Casino sounds, bells, and whistles adn to top it off a free soft drink fountain area. Awesome. However the turn off for us was when we got a burger at one of the concessions. I don't remember the name, just the burger. The meat slice was sooooo... thin that if it were clothing, we would have been arrested for indecent exposure. It was thinner than an LP record. It was like going to the bars in the Old West where they shaved the ridges off of the gold coins. In this case, the skimpy burger and being charged Seattle's full market price for it. Guys, when we are spending a lot of time and money, please do not skimp on the food. Put some shine on the dog and pony show. Get burger patties that are thick and juicy. Not as thin as if it was construction paper in a kindergarten's scrapbook.

Space, the non smoking facility, the restaurants, Journey East and Pizza was amazing. I would return just to have lunch or dinner there.
